About Us
SOUL SAVING MINISTRY CHURCH
was founded in 2005 under the leadership and visionary of Mr. Roy and Mrs. Alice Burnett.
The Lord told Mr. Burnett to build him a church. He was obedient to the voice of the Lord.
He worked earnestly day and night alongside his wife, which held the vision of the church to complete
the task. Soul Saving Ministry Church was born with a yearning desire to save the lost souls,
asking the question, ARE YOU SAVED? Their focus was never about how many people they could get in
the church but ensuring you were saved. They believed in the Power of Prayer and God’s Word.
Our Pastors:

Mrs. Alice Burnett graduated to glory, June 2022.
She left behind a beloved husband of 48 years and 2 daughters, Janice Burnett-Petteway, married to Wilmer Petteway III, and Angela Burnett-Banks, married to Tom Banks. However, her strong desire for the church to excel to greater heights remained. Mr. Roy Burnett later decided to pass the family legacy to his Son-n-law,
Wilmer Petteway III to Pastor and his daughter, Janice Burnett-Petteway.
Under the Pastoral ship of Wilmer Petteway III, and the assistance
of his wife, Co-Pastor Janice Burnett-Petteway, Soul Saving Ministry Church's
mission is to continue to build off of the legacy of “ARE YOU SAVED?”
through seeking for lost souls, allowing God to resurrect their lives
through the Power of God’s Word.
